The crowds arrive!

CEC is well known for their belt-drive CD transports. Shown is the CEC TL51 transport
(left) with the CEC DX71 DAC/preamplifier. These were used as part of a system driving
Heil A.M.T. speakers. The two units were connected via a Superlink digital connection.

The Heil A.M.T. Kithara loudspeakers retail for 8,460,000 lira.

Audio Note's Zero Series of affordable audio products consists of the CD-T Zero transport
(1,470,000 lira), DAC-Zero (1,330,000 lira), P Zero mono amplifier (1,990,000 lira), M
Zero line-stage preamp (1,150,000 lira), and M Zero phono stage (price not yet available).

Audio Note's DAC-Zero is a 24/96 tube-based digital-to-analog converter that retails for
1,330,000 lira.

Doug Schneider with Sonus Faber's Signum loudspeakers. The speaker, made in Italy, retails
for 3,250,000 lira.

Goldmund Epilogue loudspeakers (89,000,000 lira) were used in the Vidikron video display
room.

New Audio Frontier's family of single-ended power amplifiers drove the Pearl Audio
loudspeakers.

Pearl Audio's Celesta loudspeaker has a unique shape and very good sound.

The Strumenti Acustici di Precisione (SAP for short) Anniversary single-ended OTL
integrated amplifier produces 18Wpc and is priced at 9,850,000 lira. This was Ian's
favorite product at the show.

Sharp's DV-L705 portable DVD player has a 7" Active Matrix TFT display with DTS, AC-3
and MPEG-2 capabilities and is priced at 3,199,000 lira.
