From the redesign of their production methodology to their renowned willingness to answer consumer questions, Thiel is a very customer-orientated company. I’ve heard more stories than I can remember about Thiel owners, even those who bought the speakers used, being taken care of by the company in outstanding fashion when something goes wrong. With this in mind, I wanted to show a few of the people whose voices you may know from a phone call to Thiel but whose faces you don’t.

Andrea Kling works with Thiel dealers

Shari Graham deals with customers and has a small collection of impressively blown drivers

Manufacturing director Walter Kling

Media director Dave Cubine is responsible for Thiel's advertising, promotional materials, and website
